Inauguration Academic Year 2024/2025

The University of Sannio will open the new academic year 2024/2025 on Friday, January 24, 2025 at 11 AM, at the Auditorium of Sant'Agostino. The ceremony represents a fundamental moment of reflection and sharing of the objectives and challenges that the University faces, alongside the academic community and the territory.

Climate scientist Antonello Pasini, a leading figure in environmental science and researcher for the National Research Council (CNR), will give an inaugural lectio. In his reflection, Pasini will offer an in-depth look at the effects of climate change in Italy and around the world. The conference will address climate change's direct and indirect impact on our country, providing insights into how Italy can tackle these new and urgent challenges.
