The master's degree course in Biomedical Engineering is presented
On 20 July 2021 at 10.30 am at the Sant’Agostino Building (Room SA1) the University of Sannio presents the master's degree course in Biomedical Engineering. The new inter-university path together with the University of Molise and the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio represents an innovative experimental model of cooperation between three universities that brings together teaching and research in the field of biomedicine.
The rector of the University of Sannio Gerardo Canfora will speak at the presentation; the director of the San Pio hospital Mario Ferrante; the general manager of ASL Benevento Gennaro Volpe; the Director of the UOC Innovative Immunological Models of the National Cancer Institute IRCCS "Pascale" Naples Luigi Buonaguro; Eugenio Caradonna, Deputy Scientific Director Gemelli Molise and president of SIMCRI - Italian Society of Medicine and Regenerative Surgery; the Director of the Institute of Biostructures and Bioimaging of the CNR Marcello Mancini; Davide Rosiello, CEO of Bioviiix, IT-Healthfusion and Anbition; Cristina Fiorucci, BTS Bioengineering Sales & Channel Manager Italy.
To illustrate the characteristics of the innovative course, which aims to train the figure of the biomedical engineer capable of designing and manufacturing instruments and technologies for diagnostics and medical therapy, there will be the president of the Laurea Magistrale Sabato Fusco, of the University for the Master's Degree Course Andrea Cusano and the director of the UniSannio Engineering Department Nicola Fontana.
