Integration with industry

Unisannio focuses on new models of public-private aggregation to stabilize the connection between the world of research and that of production. In fact, it participates with other universities and research centers in Campania and with numerous companies in the districts and laboratories born in Campania to do research and apply it in the world of production, in particular, in the aerospace, eco-sustainable construction, biotechnology, energy, transport sectors. and logistics, cultural heritage, in many cases using the most modern information and telecommunications technologies. These are co-financed industrial activities, aimed at creating new products and new services for the corporate world. For the Samnite university this means providing the concrete possibility for students and undergraduates to spend the skills acquired during university training activities at companies and research centers operating within the districts. The goal is to create pools of skills where scientific excellence attract new investments aimed at developing advanced innovation also through the creation of start-up companies. There are also numerous collaborations with small and medium-sized enterprises in the area and with the largest Italian companies and with multinationals with offices in Italy.
