Appointed the external members of the UNISANNIO BoD

The Rector of the University of Sannio has appointed the external members of the Board of Directors of the University of Sannio. They are Salvatore Cincotti, managing director of Altergon Italia, a company in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector, based in Morra de Sanctis, and Dario Avallone, director of the Research and Innovation Center of Engineering, a company in the software and IT services sector operating in Italy and growing all over the world. They will remain in office until 2025.

The relationship between university and business is essential to favor a better response of the training system to the needs of the labor market. In recent decades, academia and industry have been collaborating ever more intensely, discovering the benefits of a proximity that helps accelerate innovation and production. Our University has been collaborating for some time with both local and national and international companies for the research and development of new technologies and methodologies, contributing significantly to the innovation and economic development of the territory and the country".
