Prof. Maria Rosaria Pecce at the head of the Engineering Department

Professor Maria Rosaria Pecce is the new director of the Engineering Department of the University of Sannio. Take over from prof. Umberto Villano, she will remain in office for the next three years. From 1999 in service at the University of Sannio, in 2000 professor Pecce was the first  woman "ordinario" in Italy in the Construction Technology sector. For 12 years she was president of the Unisannio Civil Engineering degree course. Delegated to the university building during the mandate of the rector Filippo de Rossi, she was elected this year in the National Council of the Construction Technology Group, of which she is also coordinator.
