Promoting a reflection on the critical aspects for the success of a strategy and a company: this is the objective of Strategy @ Work, a cycle of corporate testimonies organized at the Department of Law, Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods (DEMM) of the University of Sannio.

The initiative, now in its eighth edition, is promoted by Prof. Gilda Antonelli and Prof. Angelo Riviezzo and is also conceived as a way to make students live the enterprise more closely, to avoid that this remains an "abstract" notion to be studied only on books and to be met only after graduation.

The first appointment, scheduled for March 29, at 2 pm, is with Alessandro d'Este, CEO of Ferrero, an Italian multinational company specialized in confectionery products, founded by Pietro Ferrero in 1946 in Alba.  

The second appointment, scheduled for April 5, is with Francesco Parente, Engagement Manager of McKinsey & Company, and with Alessandra Contino and Annalisa Ciriachi, Recruiting team of the same company. The world's leading multinational strategic consultancy by market share, in fact, is also interested in evaluating the curricula of DEMM master's graduates.

The third appointment, scheduled for April 12, is with Sabatino Autorino, CEO of Contrader, a Benevento company specialized in ICT services, recently included by the Financial Times in 268th place in the ranking of the 1000 most grown European companies in recent times.

The fourth and last appointment, scheduled for May 3, is with Pierluigi Antonelli, CEO of Angelini Pharma, part of the Angelini Group, an Italian multinational that operates in the area of health and well-being, mechanics, wine and perfumes, founded by Francesco Angelini in 1919.

All the meetings will be introduced by the rector of the University of Sannio Gerardo Canfora and by the director of the DEMM Massimo Squillante, and will be held in blended mode, in the Aula Ciardiello, University Complex of Via delle Puglie 82, and at the same time on the Cisco Webex platform, for attending students.
