Antonio Pecchia

My research activity focuses on dependability and security of distributed software systems. It is based on a multidisciplinary approach and explores the intersections of related areas -- but not limited to -- such as operational data analysis, deep learning and empirical software engineering to pursue next-generation resilient systems.  

I co-authored 60+ scientific publications accepted in top tier Journals (Scimago Q1), e.g., IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing, IEEE Transactions on Services Computing, Empirical Software Engineering, Knowledge-based Systems, and A++/A international conferences.

I am an IEEE member. I regularly contribute to the scientific community of software engineering, dependability and security as TPC Chair or TPC Member, invited speaker, tutorial speaker. I founded the international workshop on Reliability and Security Data Analysis (RSDA). 

I am an IEEE Access Associate Editor, and the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Open Source Software and Process. I was a Guest Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing.
