Simona Pacillo

Degree in Statistics and Actuarial Science at the University of Sannio in Benevento in 2001. PhD in Statistics  at the University of Florence in 2006. Post-doctoral research fellow in Statistics at the Department PE.ME.IS. of the University of Sannio in Benevento, from 2006 to 2008. In 2009 visiting scholar at the Department of Statistics at the University of Chicago (Illinois) with supervisor Mathias Drton. Assistant Professor at the University of Sannio in Benevento, since December 1, 2008. 

Participation in research projects supported by funds of MIUR: 2004 - "Marginal models for categorical variable with applications to causality", 2006 - "Flexible classes of distributions obtained by a perturbation of symmetry: inferential aspects and applications", 2008 - "Outliers detection methods for high dimensional data ".
