Incoming
Welcome to the University of Sannio. This page contains the main information for incoming Erasmus students: required documents, deadlines, academic rules, useful contacts and downloadable documents.
How to Apply
To enrol at our university, you need:
- nomination by your home university;
- Learning Agreement for studies, duly signed by you and your Erasmus coordinator;
- application form.
After nomination by the home university, every incoming student will receive an email with the instructions to complete the application.
If an acceptance letter is required for visa purposes, it can be prepared after we receive the required documents.
Deadlines
| Procedure | 1st semester and full year | 2nd semester |

Before Planning Your Mobility
- Lessons and exams are always face to face.
- The mobility period must be carried out on site.
- Exams can only be taken at the end of the courses.
- It is not possible to take exams before the end of the courses, except for short semester courses.
- All courses are in Italian, except for the Master's degree programme in Electronics Engineering for Automation and Sensing.
- Classes usually start in September for the 1st semester and in February for the 2nd semester.
The course list is available in the course catalogue.
Italian Language Course
Every year, the University Linguistic Centre (CLAUS) offers two Italian language courses for incoming students: one in the 1st semester and one in the 2nd semester.
For further information, please contact CLAUS: claus@unisannio.it.
Fiscal Code
Incoming students can request the Italian fiscal code, codice fiscale, using the document linked below.
Please fill in the document with your personal data: surname, name, date of birth and, in Quadro D, your address in your home country.
Please sign only in two points: Sottoscrizione and Delega, without changing anything. Then send the document to erasmus@unisannio.it together with your passport and visa.
